Ca va être dur de parler de ce film un peu en profondeur sans trop en révéler. Je le sens. Remarquez, ça serait pas forcément gênant que je vous raconte la fin, ça vous inciterait à pas y aller. Mais comme je sais qu'il y a de nombreux fans de Philippe Harel qui lisent ce blog (plus de 7212 au dernier recensement), je vais être sympa et faire de mon mieux pour éviter de trop en dire.
Donc, l'histoire de Tristan, c'est celle d'une commissaire de police (jouée par Mathilde Seigner, pas vraiment impeccable et incapable de se débarrasser de ce petit air XVIè arrondissement un peu énervant) qui traque un serial killer aux méthodes inédites. Il séduit des filles et les pousse au suicide en les quittant. Évidemment, ça va un peu plus loin que ça et l'idée de base est plutôt cool, mais super mal traitée. D'ailleurs j'ai eu des doutes du début à la fin, et j'ai eu raison. "Des doutes sur quoi ?", me demanderez-vous. Eh bien je vous renverrai au premier paragraphe de cet article pour vous faire comprendre que je n'en dirai pas plus. Bref, c'est mal foutu, pas très crédible sur plein d'aspects et très bourrin sur d'autres.
Mais j'avoue qu'il y a quand même quelques trucs à sauver : le personnage de Mathilde Seigner (même si j'ai pas aimé l'interprétation) et son partenaire, le thème du film (même s'il est mal exploité) et sans doute une des plus mauvaises performances de Nicole Garcia en profileuse improbable et verbeuse (mais ça c'est vraiment pour les collectionneurs).
Pour terminer, au niveau des thèmes (voir l'article sur Avril brisé), Tristan est à attacher avec un ruban rose parfumé au Shalimar à Laisse tes mains sur mes hanches et à ranger dans la case "films avec des personnages fans de chanteurs français morts ou presque" (ici c'est Jonasz).
